We have over 19 years’ experience and extensive knowledge about park home living, so all of our insurance policies are specifically designed with park home owners in mind.

On the 3rd July, we were recognised once again by the insurance industry when we were announced as winners of The Customer Experience Award at the 2024 British Insurance Awards. We had very similar success at the same event in 2022 when we were announced as winners of two prestigious awards in one night, the 2022 Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award and the 2022 Customer Care Award. These awards stand pride of place next to our 2024 Feefo Platinum Trusted Customer Service Award in recognition of the excellent customer service that we provide to our park home insurance policyholders and our 2020 UK Broker of the Year Award. Each of these awards are a true reflection of our commitment to outstanding customer service.
2024 Customer Experience Award Winners
The Customer Experience Award is open to any UK-based insurance business and the judges were looking for those who had clearly demonstrated an excellent level of engagement at every point of the customer journey from marketing to sales to customer service and claims. Proof was required on how this impacted the customer experience and how policyholders and prospective policyholders feel towards the brand. We had to demonstrate how we provided the very best experience to our customers throughout the lifecycle of a policy, as well as how we have introduced online processes to make sure that the customer experience was smooth, reducing any barriers that might prevent them from obtaining a quote or renewing their insurance. This relates to the availability of our services out of hours, where customers can now renew their policies online and also obtain an insurance quote using our quote and buy online facility.
2024 Feefo Platinum Trusted Customer Service Award Winners
The Feefo Platinum Trusted Customer Service Award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Feefo is a reviews and customer insights technology company that provides businesses with the tools to collect real, purchase-verified reviews and insights. The award was created by Feefo and only awarded to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights. Businesses that meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, receive the award. A highly-valued badge of approval, it is based purely on the interactions with real customers. All reviews are verified as genuine and the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service. For the past four consecutive years we have received the highest award possible for delivering excellent customer service consistently to our customers.

We’re Winners of Another British Insurance Award – The Customer Care Award 2022
The Customer Care Award is one of the largest awards in the insurance sector designed to recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation within the UK insurance industry. The award is open to any UK-based insurer, broker or MGA who can clearly demonstrate an excellent level of customer care, backed by clear standards and validated monitoring of performance. Park Home Assist had to prove the impact of a customer care strategy along with customer retention levels and client satisfaction to be able to enter this category.
We are delighted to be announced as winners of this award and to win two British Insurance Awards on one night was a tremendous achievement, one which everyone in the company is extremely proud of.

In September 2020 we were announced as winners of the Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award 2020, one of the most prestigious awards within the insurance sector. This UK Broker Award recognises and celebrates excellence and innovation, identifying stand-out brokerages who are setting the standard for others to follow in the personal lines market. To be shortlisted for this award, businesses had to demonstrate that they had achieved growth in a competitive market and a proven track record of adapting in challenging conditions.
