Park Home Assist, with our insurer ‘Sompo Canopius’ and the Davies Group who help handle our claims have worked tirelessly to ensure that the claims service our policyholders receive not only meets, but exceeds the expectations when it comes to a claim, so to be named as finalists in this category is testament to the hard work that all those who contribute to the Park Home Assist claims experience, and make the process of the claim as stress-free as possible.

Although we are up against some very stiff opposition in both categories, to be recognised by the insurance industry for the service our policyholders are receiving for claims service is a huge ‘pat on the back’ for all concerned. What is more is not only are there no other park home companies shortlisted, we would rather be recognised for the claims service our customers receive, afterall that is why we take insurance out in the first place.
